Cleaning Sessions Co. – Bookings & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Cleaning Sessions Co. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality cleaning services. Please review our booking and cancellation policy below. Booking Confirmation Upon scheduling, customers will receive an email confirming the date, time, and details of service. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. Scheduling and Arrival Times Customers may select a preferred appointment time when booking. Cleaning Sessions Co. makes every reasonable effort to arrive at or near the scheduled time. However, actual arrival may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, or extended service durations at prior appointments. While our goal is to honor the requested time and avoid wide arrival windows, exact arrival cannot be guaranteed. Cleaning Sessions Co. is not liable for inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from scheduling variations. Customers are responsible for ensuring timely property access. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy 48-Hour Notice: Customers who cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice retain their full deposit, which may be applied to a future appointment. Late Cancellation/Rescheduling: Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount. This fee covers the time and resources reserved. Missed Appointments: Failure to provide access for a scheduled service without prior notice will result in a missed appointment fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount. Refunds Deposits are non-refundable unless Cleaning Sessions Co. cancels the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness or emergency. Rescheduling Appointments rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice will retain the original deposit, which may be applied to a future cleaning appointment. By booking with Cleaning Sessions Co., customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
